We are more than a winery.
We are a promise made to Sardinia and kept over time: through tended rows, simple gestures, and a kind of quality that takes its time.
Lu Colbu was born among friends and grew into a family, in a place where the land smells of granite and wind, and every choice is a way of staying true to what matters. A story of real bonds, people who meet again around the land and the wine, season after season. A shared passion, with the desire to do things with respect: for the place that hosts us, for those who come to visit, and for anyone who opens a bottle and takes a piece of us with them.

Lu Colbu’s rural home is where everything comes together: the vineyard outside, the winery within, and the experience in between. Here, wine tells its story slowly through tastings and simple words. It’s a space made for pausing, looking around, breathing in Gallura, and understanding what it truly means “to savor a territory”.
On the road to Cala Sarraina, the estate rests nestled in Lu Colbu’s hills, between panoramic terraces, verandas, vine rows, and the winery doors that are always open.

THE TERRITORY
IN THE HEART OF GALLURA
The north‑west Mistral, red granite shaped by the wind, golden light, and Mediterranean scrub.
Here, the land is alive and rugged, full of character. Granite outcrops, the wind dries everything, and the light shifts colors in an instant. It is a land that does not soften; it defines. And it leaves a recognizable, distinct imprint on the wine.
