Elicrì is our truest voice: Gallura’s most authentic expression. A Vermentino shaped by sun and wind, carrying into the glass the breath of the sea and the scent of Mediterranean scrub mediterranea.
On the nose it’s bright and precise: ripe fruit, Mediterranean herbs, a trail of light. On the palate it’s fresh, dry, and savory, with a distinct minerality and a delicately briny finish – like the breezes that move through the vineyard.

SKIN-CONTACT AGED IN AMPHORA
Deep and golden, like an echo returning.
Born and slowly aged in amphora: herbaceous and balsamic, with a floral lift at the finish. The sea returns, the freshness remains.

LATE HARVEST
Broader and more enveloping, with a softer texture.
An Elicrì that takes its time: fermented in barrique and produced in a limited number of bottles, for a rarer, more intense wine.
